We ensure your virtual visit has a high level of security, is not recorded, and complies with all HIPAA privacy standards. The team consists of board-certified Optometrist trained in telehealth.

Getting Set Up for Virtual Care

Your virtual visit experience may differ based on the device and browser you use. Our team will do their best to support the set up of your virtual visit. These tips will help you get ready for your visit. 

  1. Download ZOOM on your phone or computer 

  2. Ensure the camera, and microphone are activated 

  3. Gather any medications that you might be using to treat your current symptoms 

  4. Before your appointment you will receive a text message with your meeting ID number 

  5. Log in five minutes before your appointment from a private room

  6. You may not use the entire time, but please allow 30 min for your appointment.
